Etiquette is a code of behaviour that outlines expectations for social interaction according to contemporary conventional norms within a society, social class or group.The term etiquette ultimately describes a high level of manners and the following of social tradition and the practice of ethical behaviour. Etiquette has been the underlining social law that has applied to everyone throughout history.
The book investigates this current generation’s lost decorum due to the emergence of internet anonymity particularly in relation to how we act and speak online compared rather than in person.
