The International Society of Typographic Design (ISTD) is a professional body run by and for typographers, graphic designers and educators. Membership is awarded to students who demonstrate, through the quality of their work, their commitment to achieving the highest possible quality of typography within visual communication.
In March 2016, the Irish assessment was held at Dublin Institute of Technology’s new Grangegorman campus. Building on previous year’s success, Patrick Horan, Mark Lynch, Dalian Rynne and Georgia Sinnott were all successful at the assessment and will go on to collect their awards at a presentation in London this Summer.
