1969 – the year that changed everything

For many, music is a lifestyle. It brings people together to create pop up communities in music festivals. Woodstock has become the most iconic music festival of the 20th century. Music was more than entertainment for the fans that attended Woodstock. The 60’s became a renaissance in music, which became an expression of freedom of the people and freedom of the mind. Woodstock is known for promoting peace, love and music. The three symbols made out of words represents the community and everyone working together. The concept communicates the counterculture movement and how it stood against the social and economic structure of the 60’s.
