Symbiotic is a conference to educate and empower young people in group dynamics and leadership. It is a 3-day conference that informs the audience that leadership is not an individual person or the role of one person but rather the diverse range of roles and skills that are shared by many people within a group. Symbiotic will educate young people through talks, activities and evaluation that if we work to refine and enrich our understanding of how we can work together it will enable us to draw on the full potential within us. Leadership becomes anything that serves to move the group forward. The gaining of understanding of the traits of other group members and traits of your own aids you on how to work with different characteristics.
