it’s ok just to be ok
In today’s hyped-up world, nothing is just OK. Everyone’s life has to be super amazing all the time. From Instagram perfect meals, to idyllic walks in the park and “the best” coffee in town, everything has to be seen as super fantastic all the time. This daily strive for perfection can place a significant strain on people’s mental health.
The “It’s OK Just to Be OK” campaign highlights aspects of growing perfectionism in modern society and how this pressure to be perfect may have a negative effect on our mental health. The campaign focuses on destructive issues of perfectionism, revealing at times that ‘It’s OK Just to Be OK’.
