A visit to Argentina promises a thrilling experience and a superb introduction to South America. Buenos Aires is the country´s vibrant capital, a city brimming with life, with a unique mixture of the sophistication of old-world Europe with great architecture, art galleries local restaurants, street markets and a thriving youth culture. Argentina, with its diverse people and enthralling history, is a traveler’s dream.
This project provides an insight into contemporary Argentine culture. Focusing on Buenos Aires, a box is presented that identifies the principal attractions for the tourist while guiding visitors to the authentic heart of the city. A selection of maps, brochures, and a mini-travel book will be presented as part of my final piece. This travel box will provide a window to the way of life of the ‘real’ Buenos Aires.
