The type of work encountered in Year Two is a broad expansion of the basic principles learned in the latter part of Year One. This is an experiential year, in that conceptual, practical and communicative skills will be continually developed in order to access the areas in which a student’s true potential may lie, and to equip the student with the necessary experience in order to make those decisions as the year progresses.
This year is one of opportunity – opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills; opportunity for greater awareness of the design process; and the opportunity to begin to explore your creative personality through a personal interest in your work.
